Connector Properties
The visual properties for a connector in the RBD module and a transition in the Markov module are very similar.
• The Connector Properties window displays the visual properties assigned to a connector in an RBD.
• The Transition Visual Properties window displays the visual properties assigned to a transition in a Markov diagram.

While connectors have only visual properties, transitions have both visual and calculation properties. The calculation properties for transitions are described in Transition Calculation Properties.

The same Properties window for the connector or transition also displays the visual properties assigned to the connector or transition style in its respective Style Library file. For more information, see RBD Style Library Files or Markov Style Library Files.
• To view the visual properties for a connector in a block diagram or a phase diagram, double-click the connector. For a connector in a phase diagram, you can make modifications only to properties on the Style page.
• To view the visual properties for a transition in a Markov diagram, right-click the transition and select Visual Properties. Or, press and hold down Alt and double-click the transition. If you double-click the transition without holding down the Alt key, the Transition Calculation Properties window opens rather than the Transition Visual Properties window.
• To view the visual properties for a connector or transition style in a Style Library file, select the style in the upper window of the Style Library file and then click Edit Style in the lower window of this file.
In the title bar of the Connector Properties window or the Transition Visual Properties window, the unique identifier for the active connector or transition is shown. Under Preview, a sample of the connector or connector style is shown based on currently specified properties. The Connector style is the default for an RBD connector, and the Transition style is the default for an Markov connector.
