Modifying a Derating Record
You can modify an existing record in the Project’s Prediction Derating file.
1. If the Prediction Derating file is not already open, then open it. You open this file in the same way as any other file.
2. In the Derating Definition pane, double-click the subcategory record. The Edit Derating Record window opens.
The options in this window are the same as those in the
Add Derating Record window. For more information, see
Add Derating Record Window.
3. Make the necessary modifications.
4. When finished, click OK.
If your modifications result in a model/category/subcategory/type/parameter combination that is not unique, this window remains open and another window opens, indicating that a record with these values already exists.
When you click OK, you can either make additional modifications in the Edit Derating Record window or click Cancel to close it without saving your changes.
5. In the
Derating Data pane, specify derating information. For more information, see
Derating Data Pane.
6. When finished, close the Prediction Defaults file.
