Indicating an Assembly is a Hybrid
A hybrid is a component in a relatively large package that contains other parts mounted on a substrate. Hybrid failure rate calculations are supported by all models except 217P, PRISM, and 299B.
1. In the System Tree Items table, select the assembly that is the hybrid.
2. In the General Data pane, select Hybrid. This causes the Hybrid pane for the selected model to appear.
If Hybrid is unavailable, the selected model does not support a hybrid failure rate calculation.
3. In the
Hybrid pane, complete the parameter values required by the selected model. For more information, see
