Entering Telcordia Semiconductors
The following table describes the part parameters required for semiconductors when a Telcordia model is selected for the calculation. Only the Telcordia Issue 3 model supports the HBT subcategory for semiconductors.

For other calculation methods, required only for the following subcategories: Diode (Voltage Regulator, Zener and Varistor types); GaAs FET; Microwave Diode (Varactor, Step, Tunnel type); Microwave Power Transistor; Microwave Transistor; Si FET; Transistor; and Unijunction Transistor.
