Transition Visual Properties
The Visual Properties window for a Markov transition displays the properties assigned to the transition. To quickly open the visual properties for a transition, you right-click the state and select Visual Properties.
In the Preview area, a sample of the selected transition displays currently specified properties. Under General properties, Style provides for change the transition to another defined transition style. Four default styles transition styles are supplied. If additional transition styles have been inserted in enabled Markov Style Library files, they too are shown for this property.
The Transition Visual Properties window for a transition is very similar to the Connector Visual Properties window for a connector in the RBD module. For general information, see Connector Properties. Summarized below are the few minor differences between transitions and connectors.
Modifications that affect all transitions bound to a style must be made in a Markov Style Library file rather than in an RBD Style Library file. For more information, see Markov Style Library Files.
When a transition is inserted in a Markov diagram, its default properties are based on the properties specified for that transition style in the Markov Style Libraries file. The default transition style is named Transition.
The text properties that can be specified for a transition are those described in Text Page (Markov Transition Only).
