Time Results for MTTR Elements
As described in Task Data Pane, each task in the Maintainability Task Library file can be assigned to a particular portion of the repair. Choices for MTTR element are: Preparation, Fault Isolation, Disassembly, Interchange, Reassembly, Alignment, Checkout, and Start-up.
If Procedure 5A is selected under Maintainability in the System file properties, in the View Calculation Results window, calculated time results for each MTTR element are available at the end of the table. Result
Description
Time, preparation
The total repair time associated with tasks assigned to the preparation portion of the repair.
Time, isolation
The total repair time associated with tasks assigned to the fault isolation portion of the repair.
Time, disassembly
The total repair time associated with tasks assigned to the disassembly portion of the repair.
Time, interchange
The total repair time associated with tasks assigned to the interchange portion of the repair.
Time, reassembly
The total repair time associated with tasks assigned to the reassembly portion of the repair.
Time, alignment
The total repair time associated with tasks assigned to the alignment portion of the repair.
Time, checkout
The total repair time associated with tasks assigned to the checkout portion of the repair.
Time, startup
The total repair time associated with tasks assigned to the start-up portion of the repair.
