Task/FD&I Output Deleted Window
The Task/FD&I Output Deleted window provides for indicating how to handle records that reference a missing task, task group, or FD&I output code. This window opens if a missing code is found during an update of repair tasks. For more information, see Updating Repair Times and Manminutes (or Manhours).
You must indicate how to handle the records that reference the missing code and click OK. Or, to cancel the update, click Stop Update. The choices for handling missing codes are:
Replace all occurrences with the following code. When selected (default), the field in which to select a valid code is made available. The label for this field depends on whether it is a task or an FD&I output that is not found.
Delete the Maintainability Tasks items. When selected, the task record with the missing code is deleted. A checkbox is made available to indicate whether you want to handle all missing codes in this manner. If cleared (default), the Task/FD&I Output Deleted window opens for each missing code. If selected, all task records with missing codes are deleted.
Do nothing. When selected, no change is made. A checkbox is made available to indicate whether you want to handle all missing codes in this manner. If it is cleared (default), the Task/FD&I Output Deleted window opens so that you can supply missing codes. If it is selected, all records with missing codes remain unchanged.
