Operating Time Table Data Fields
The Table Format file for the FRACAS Operating Times table determines the fields that appear. The following table describes the fields that are shown by default. If you do not complete either Start Date and End Date or Additional Hours, the operating time record is ignored. For more information, see Table Format Files.
Field
Description
Identifier
The unique identifier assigned to the record. The format is specified by FRACAS Operating Time Identifier, which appears under Identifier in the System file properties. For more information, see Identifiers System File Properties.
Configuration
The system tree configuration to which you want to apply the operating time record.
Start Date
The date and time that operation began. You can click in this field and use the calendar control that appears to select the date and time. Or, you can directly enter the date and time. If the time is not specified, 12:00:00 AM is assumed.
End Date
The date and time that operation ended. You can click in this field and use the calendar control that appears to select the date and time. Or, you can directly enter the date and time. If the time is not specified, 12:00:00 AM is assumed. If operation has not ended, this field can be left blank. When calculating FRACAS results, on the FRACAS Calculations > Operating Time page, you indicate if you want to use operating time records to calculate operating time (default). You can then select If end date is blank, use today’s date if you want to use the current date for records with blank end dates. For more information, see FRACAS Calculation Properties.
Additional Hours
The number of hours that you want to add to the calculated operating time to adjust it. The default is 0. Entering a positive number increases the operating time. Entering a negative number decreases the operating time. If actual operational times are not being tracked, you can enter the total number of operating hours in this field.
Multiplicative Adjustment
The value by which you want to multiply the calculated operating time to adjust it. The default is 1, which means that the operating time is not adjusted. You can enter any value equal to or greater than 0.
Operational Time
The display-only result for the operating time in minutes. For more information, see Operating Time Equation.
To have different fields appear in the FRACAS Operating Times table, you can modify the default Table Format file for it (Table Format (FRACAS Operating Time)). This is very easily done using the Format Builder. For more information, see Using the Format Builder to Modify an Enabled Table.
