FRACAS Operating Times Table

In the FRACAS Operating Times table, you record operating time information for the system tree configurations in the System file. By default, this table is turned off. You only need to turn it on if you intend to run MTB (mean time between) calculations. Once you turn on this table in the Project properties, you can insert operating time records.
