FMEA Additional Panes
If additional FMEA tables and subtables are needed in the System file, you can turn them on in the Table Settings pane in the Project Properties window. For more information, see Table Settings (Project). The table below lists the FMEA tables and subtables that are turned off by default in the System file of a newly created Project. If you turn any of them on, they are shown in the lower or right window, depending on the System file orientation. To switch between the horizontal and vertical orientations, you can select View > Split Windows Vertically.

Description
FMEA Control Plans
Displays a table listing the control plans in the System file. A control plan describes the processes by which an aspect of the system that requires control is kept within an acceptable quality level. This pane is needed only if control plans are tracked. For more information, see FMEA Control Plans Table.
FMEA DVPs
Displays a table listing the DVPs (design verification plans) inserted in the System file. A DVP describes how to ensure that an aspect of the system that requires controls meets specified requirements. This pane is needed only if DVPs are tracked. For more information, see FMEA DVPs Table.
FMEA Table Subtable (1-15)
In the Enterprise Edition only, display as many as 15 FMEA Table subtables if needed. These subtables are turned off by default.
FMEA Tree Items Subtable (1-15)
In the Enterprise Edition only, display as many as 15 additional FMEA Tree Item subtables if needed. These subtables are turned off by default.

If you use the New Project Wizard to create a Project from the FMEA P-Diagram Template, Windchill Risk and Reliability sets up FMEA Tree Items subtables and forms specifically for p-diagram creation. For more information, see P-Diagrams.
