System File Folders
When you create a System file, it is created at the top level of the Project. In either the Project Navigator or the Project Properties window, you can see a list of all System files in the Project under the Systems heading. If a Project contains many System files, you might want to use System file folders to organize them. These folders do not have any security permissions associated with them. They merely provide a hierarchical structure by which to order System files.
In the
Enterprise Edition, only administrators can create
System file folders. For more information, see
Creating and Using System File Folders. When you use
System file folders, the folder structure is shown in all file selection windows. Additionally, if you copy
System files from one
Project to another, the folder structure is copied.
