Supplied Audit Trail Reports
You can find several Audit Trail Report Design files in the Supplied folder on the Windchill Risk and Reliability application server. For more information, see Supplied Files. To make these Report Design files available to all users, an administrator must copy them from the Supplied folder on the application server into your Enterprise database. For more information, see Copying Files from Another Project into the Project Open in the Project Properties Window.
The following table describes the supplied Audit Trail Report Design files. All of these files are associated with the Audit Trail files in the Audit Trail folder.
Report Design File
Description
Audit Trail All Actions
Reports on all record modifications, including deletions, grouped by table type. Included in the report are modification dates, record identifiers, audit actions, group names, and user names.
Audit Trail All Modifications by Group
Reports on all modifications grouped by user groups and table types. User groups are defined in the Administrator application. Included in the report are modification dates, record identifiers, changed fields, original data entries, and new data entries.
Audit Trail All Modifications by User
Reports on all modifications made by a specific user, with results grouped by table type. You specify the user name in the Select Filter window when the report is generated. Included in the report are modification dates, record identifiers, changed fields, original data entries, and new data entries.
Audit Trail All Modified Records
Reports on all modifications grouped by table type. Included in the report are modification dates, record identifiers, changed fields, original data entries, and new data entries.
Audit Trail Single Record Modifications
Reports on modifications made to a single record in a specific table type. Included in the report are modification dates, user names, changed fields, original data entries, and new data entries.
