Spelling Check Options

The following table describes all of the options in the Spelling window the opens when a word is possibly misspelled.

Option	Description
Not In Dictionary	Displays the content of the field containing the word that is possibly misspelled. The word believed to be misspelled appears in red.
Change To	Displays the word to use in place of the unrecognized word shown by Not in Dictionary. You can enter a word (or words) for Change To. If Recheck typed replacement word is selected in the Spelling Options window, any word or words that you enter in this field are rechecked for possible misspellings when the spelling check resumes. In addition to typing in this field, you can click a word in the Suggestions list to change to that word.
Suggestions	Displays words that are similar to the unrecognized word shown for Not in Dictionary. If you click one of these words, it replaces the word shown for Change To.
	When clicked, the field that contains the possibly misspelled word is ignored for the remainder of the spelling check, which resumes.
	When clicked, this occurrence of the possibly misspelled word is ignored for the remainder of the spelling check, which resumes.
	When clicked, this occurrence and all subsequent occurrences of the possibly misspelled word are ignored for the remainder of the spelling check, which resumes.
	When clicked, this occurrence of the possibly misspelled word is replaced with the word for Change to and the spelling check resumes.
	When clicked, this occurrence and all subsequent occurrences of the possibly misspelled word are replaced with the word for Change to and the spelling check resumes.
	When clicked, the possibly misspelled word is added to the user dictionary so that it is no longer flagged as a possible misspelling.
	When clicked, a new list of suggested words is provided based on the text currently entered for Change to.
	When clicked, the Spelling Options window opens so that you can indicate how to check record content for possible misspellings. For more information, see Spelling Options Window.
	When clicked, the spelling check stops and the Spelling window closes. No change is made to the possibly misspelled word shown for Not in Dictionary.
