Report Design Support File Properties
The following table describes the display-only properties that appear under Report Design. This heading appears only when the properties for a Report Design or Report Binder file are being viewed.

For a Report Binder file, the first property is blank. The report type for a Report Binder file is determined by the top report so that the file shows up under the proper heading in the Project Navigator. If you change the top report, the report type is updated to the properties for the new top report.

Ancillary report type
|
The name of the ancillary report. This property is completed only if the Report Design file is for an ancillary report. Ancillary reports are shown as child entries in the Create Report - Select Report window. For more information, see Report Type Selection.

Details Section Table Type
|
The table with which the Details section of the Report Design file is associated.
|
|
File Type
|
The type of file upon which the Report Design file reports.
|

Product Module
|
The module with which the Report Design file is associated. The module is determined when the table type for the Report Design file is selected.

When you select > from a Report Design file, the Report Properties window opens. For more information, see Viewing and Modifying Report Properties. You can view the above properties only when the Report Design file is selected in the Project Properties window.
