Problem Team Members
The Problem Team Members table is a special child Problems table in an Enterprise Project that specifies team members. You use it when you want \administrators and team members to be the only users who can modify a problem and its associations with child records.
While the Problem Team Members table is turned off in a newly created Project, you can turn it on in the Project properties. To set up this table, you create a Problems form, inserting the Problems Identifier field. You then insert the Problem Team Members table on this form. Additionally, you select General > Problems can only be edited by team members in the Project properties.
If you have only view permission for the Problems table, all problems are read-only. If you have both view and edit permissions, when you insert a problem, you are inserted as team member.
While you can copy and paste any problem, including those for which you are not a team member, you cannot modify or delete a problem unless you are a team member. When you paste a problem, the original team members are copied to its Problem Team Members table. If you are not an original team member, you are inserted as a team member. If you delete yourself from this table, you are no longer able to modify or delete the problem. You are also unable to undo the deletion of yourself from the team.
The Problem Team Members table has only three fields, which are described in the following table. You cannot customize their prompts or assign them to lists in the Project’s Data Definition file.
