Inserting User-Defined Parts in the Parts Table
All user-defined parts that you insert are stored in the Common Library so that they are available in all Projects when the Prediction module is in use. For more information, see Common Library. To insert user-defined parts that are stored in the Common Library, you do one of the following:
Open the Common Library and use the User-Defined Categories pane to insert custom part categories and subcategories. For more information, see Inserting User-Defined Parts from the Common Library.
When the System file is open, use the auto-hide User-Defined Categories window to insert custom parts categories and subcategories. This auto-hide window contains the same User-Defined Categories and Subcategories tables as the User-Defined Categories pane in the Common Library. For more information, see Inserting User-Defined Parts from a System File.
*
You can also quickly insert a single user-defined part category or subcategory by entering a new value for Category or Subcategory in the Parts Table. For more information, see Inserting a User-Defined Part.
