Inserting a Default Label
You can use the Insert Default Label command on the shortcut menu or the Default Label command on the Insert menu to insert a label of the default style in the diagram.
1. In the diagram, click in an empty area to ensure that no objects are selected. This step is necessary only to use the Insert Default Label command on the shortcut menu.
2. Do one of the following:
◦ Right-click and select Insert Default Label.
◦ Select > .
The cursor becomes an I-Beam so that you can insert the label.
3. In the area where you want to place the label, left-click to insert it.
4. Modify the text of the label as needed.
