Incident color - Closed
|
The text color used in the FRACAS Incidents table for incidents marked as closed. This color is used when Incident color highlighting is selected. The default is black.

Incident color - Open
|
The text color used in the FRACAS Incidents table for incidents marked as open. This color is used when Incident color highlighting is selected. The default is red.

Incident color highlighting
|
Indicates whether the colors selected for Incident color - Closed and Incident color - Open are used for the text of closed and open incidents in the FRACAS Incidents table. When this checkbox is selected (default), these colors are used. When it is cleared, black is used as the text color for both closed and open incidents.

Problem and Incident forms follow tables
|
Indicates whether to synchronize Problem forms and FRACAS Incident forms with their respective tables. When this checkbox is selected (default), Problem forms are shown when the Problems table is active, and FRACAS Incident forms are hidden. Similarly, FRACAS Incident forms are shown when the FRACAS Incidents table is active, and Problem forms are hidden.
