The Email Preview pane provides for previewing the email message for the step selected in the Workflow Steps pane. The Preview pane shows how the message is rendered in the recipient’s email client. If the message is HTML-based and a recipient’s email client is unable to display HTML messages, the message is rendered as a plain text message.

The Email Templates (Workflow) table contains special fields that are pre-configured email messages. When you configure the email message for a step in the Email pane, you can use the Data Fields Toolbar to insert one of the special fields in this table into the body of the email message.
