Drilling Down On and Filtering Data Points

You can drill down on and filter data points for record count and data value graphs. These capabilities are not supported for calculation result graphs.

1. In the graph, click a data point. The Drilldown Results window opens, displaying a table. All items for this data point are listed.

The fields in the display-only table are those in the Table Format file for the corresponding System file table.

To copy the results in the table to the Windows Clipboard, select Copy from the menu above the table.

2. To filter the records shown in the table, do any of the following:

◦ Use the filter bar above the table columns. For more information, see Filter Bar for Filterable Tables.

◦ Select Filter > Select Filter to select and apply an existing filter for this table. For more information, see Applying a Filter Using the ‘Select Filter’ Command.

◦ Select Filter > Filter Wizard to start the Filter Wizard to create a new filter for this table. For more information, see Creating a Filter Using the Filter Wizard.

3. When finished, close the window by doing one of the following:

◦ Click the X in the upper right corner of the window.

◦ Select the Close command on the menu above the table.
