Date Notice (Overdue) Alerts
The following date notice (overdue) alert is sent when the close out date for an open incident is 1 or more days past the current date. Alerts are generated for all incidents with a close out date one or more days greater than the current date.
The following table provides descriptions of the options for building a count days alert.
Option | Description |

Date field name | The date field that contains the due date. |
Days overdue | The number of days that the current date is to be after the due date before sending the alert. |
Criteria | Provides for specifying additional filter criteria for the alert. |
