Date Notice (Due) Alerts
The following date notice (due) alert is sent when the corrective action end date for an open incident is less than three days away from the current date.
The following table provides descriptions of the options for building a count days alert.
Option | Description |

Date field name | The date field that contains the due date. |
Days to notify | The number of days the current date is to be prior to the due date before sending the alert. |
Criteria | Provides for specifying additional filter criteria for the alert. |
