Showing or Hiding the Shortcut Bar
The shortcut bar appears on the left size of the Administrator application by default. It provides one-click access to areas for managing databases, groups, users, licensed modules, and start pages. For more information, see Administrator Overview.
Repeatedly selecting View > Shortcut Bar switches between hiding and showing the shortcut bar. A check mark appears beside this command when the shortcut bar is shown.
You can also select a command on the Configure menu to access an area. When the shortcut bar is hidden, these commands are essential for navigation.
When either the Users or LDAP Users area is active, the Configure menu displays an additional command for sending account information to the selected user. For more information, see Sending Account Information to a User.
