You use the New Database Wizard to create the Windchill Risk and Reliability database and set it up for use with an Oracle or SQL Server database. This is done during the initial installation of the Enterprise Edition. To complete this process, an Oracle or SQL Server database must be installed, configured correctly, and accessible. Oracle client software must also be installed on any machine where the Administrator application or the New Database Wizard is to run.
