View Calendar Schedules
All calendars display work schedules and the person to whom tasks are delegated.
To view the Windchill calendar, select Quick Links > My Settings > Calendar.
Select My Calendar to view your own calendar.
Click the find icon to open the Find User window. For more information, see Finding Users.
Workdays are displayed in white, non-working days are shaded in gray, and the delegate name is displayed in any of the days for which you have delegated your tasks:

Depending on your site, you might have access to the System Calendar option. Use the system calendar to modify the Windchill system calendar. For information on using the system calendar, see Calendar Administration
You can also select Site > Utilities > Calendar Management and click System Calendar.
Only administrators can change the system calendar or the calendars of other users. For more information, see Calendar Administration.
