Finding Users
Use the following procedure to search for and select a user:
1. Click the Find 
next to the field that requires the selection of a user. The Find User window opens.

Criteria | Description |
|---|---|
Full Name | Type the full name of the user, which can consist of any part of the first and last name of the user. Separate multiple entries with a semicolon (;). An asterisk (*) may be used as a wildcard. |
User Name | Type in the user name registered in Windchill. Separate multiple entries with a semicolon (;). An asterisk (*) may be used as a wildcard. |
Email | Enter the user’s email address. |
Organization Name | Enter the organization to search for the user. |
3. Click Search or type ENTER to start the search. The Search Results table displays users matching the search criteria.
4. Select a user name from the list and click OK.
The window closes, and the user you selected appears.
