Selecting Text for Initial Customization
The information page of the Text Collection organizer enables you to initially select a resource bundle to customize the strings defined in it.
To do so, use the following procedure:
1. From the Actions menu or the right-click actions menu of the Text Collection organizer, select New String Organizer.
The New String Organizer window opens.
2. Enter the following information for the string organizer:
◦ Internal Name—Perform the given steps:
1. Click the Search icon 
to select the resource bundle.
to select the resource bundle.The Select User Interface Text dialog box opens. It displays a list of resource bundles that contain strings used in the Windchill UIs.
2. Select the appropriate resource bundle name.
 | You cannot select a resource bundle for which a string organizer is already created. |
3. Click OK.
The name of the selected resource bundle file appears in the Internal Name box.
◦ Display Name—Specify a display name for the string organizer.
◦ Description—Specify a description for the string organizer.
3. Click OK.
The new string organizer is listed in the Text Collection organizer. The information page of the string organizer is displayed in edit mode. The page shows the properties of the string organizer, and the list of strings defined in that organizer. For each string, the internal name, display name, and comments are displayed.
