Quality Document Administration
Quality Document Administration, available from Quality > Utilities, is used to create and store Windchill documents in standalone mode. Documents created or added by you are displayed in the Selected Documents table.
Actions
The following actions are available from the Selected Documents table:

Description
Add document to this table
Add a document created by another user to the Selected Documents table.
New Document
Create a new document, which can be searched for and used in a Windchill quality solution process.

Remove document from this table
Remove the selected document from the table. The selected document remains in the database. To delete the document permanently, select Delete from the right-click menu.
