Hosting a Meeting
A meeting host is someone who directs the meeting in WebEx. The ability to host a meeting is only available for web-based meetings, and only if you are the meeting creator. Although the meeting creator is automatically assigned to the role of host, during the course of a meeting the creator can reassign this role to another participant.
To host a meeting in WebEx, navigate to the Meetings or My Meetings table, and select Host Meeting from the right-click actions menu.

Navigate to the meeting information page and select Host Meeting from the Actions menu.
