Promotion Request Approval Process Workflow
1. Review promotion request
Invite reviewers from the Promotion Reviewers role, as well as participants added by the requesting author, to provide comments on these objects.
2. Approve promotion request
Invite approvers from the Promotion Approvers role, as well as participants added by the requesting author, to approve these objects.
3. Rework promotion request
Invite the requesting author to review comments from one or more of the approvers, adjust the objects based on suggestions, and refresh the objects for approval.
