Rules for Removing Objects from a Workspace
Consider these rules for using the Remove action:
You can select a generic or instance to remove from the workspace.
When you select an instance, the generic is collected as a required dependent.
When you remove a generic or an instance, any modified instances are also removed. To remove files from the WFS Workspace, you must close the objects in session.
Removing a generic removes the Autodesk Inventor part file from the WFS Workspace.
When you are removing iPart objects from a workspace, Windchill Workgroup Manager opens the conflict resolution user interface and prompts you to close all objects in Autodesk Inventor. It is recommended that you close the models in session when prompted.
