Using the Folder Navigator
The Folder navigator is an expandable tree that allows you to browse Windchill servers and workspaces connected to your computer.
To activate the Folder navigator, click

The Folder navigator contains two sections:
• Common Folders—Shows the Windchill cabinets and workspaces of the primary server. Right-click a workspace or folder in the common folders and select Open to see its contents in the embedded browser.
• Folder Tree—Lists the active and inactive servers registered with Windchill Workgroup Manager. Right-clicking objects in the Folder Tree displays a shortcut menu with the following options:
◦ Open—Opens the contents of the selected object in the embedded browser.
◦ Expand/Collapse–Expands or collapses the selected node.
◦ Server Management– Opens the Server Management window.
◦ Set as Primary–Sets the selected server as the primary server. If a workspace is selected, this command sets the parent server as the primary server.
◦ Activate–Sets the selected workspace as the active workspace. This command is available if the selected object is a workspace or selected server is not set as primary.
◦ Work Offline–Enables you to work offline.
