Conflict Management
The term conflict management refers to addressing or resolving the restrictions that your PDM system can place on your retrieval, modification, and storage activities in order to maintain the integrity of the database. Typically, with Windchill Workgroup Manager, you encounter two types of conflicts:
Conflict upon Attempt to Modify
Conflict Involving a PDM Event
