Assigning Variables to an Activity
A list of all the variables of types TeamTemplate, WTUser, WTGroup, and WTOrg defined for the activity is displayed. You can select one or more of the variables for assignment.
Use the following procedure to assign variables to a role:
1. Click Variables to display a list of available variables.
2. Select the variables you want and click the >> button.
3. When you have finished assigning variables, click OK to save the assignments or click one of the buttons on the left to continue.
