Assigning Users to an Activity
Use the following procedure to assign a user to an activity:
1. Click Users to display the Users table.
2. To populate the table of Users, select a single directory service from the Service drop-down list to display only users from that directory service, or select All to display all users, regardless of the service.

To limit the users displayed in the table, enter the user's name in the User Name field or the user's full name in the Full Name field, and click Find. You can use the * or % wild card. The specified services are searched and the matching results display in the table.

If you fill in both the User Name and Full Name fields, both entries must match for the search to be successful.
If you leave the User Name and Full Name fields blank, all users from the selected service display in the table.
The users displayed are limited by the context from which the Workflow Template Administration utility is launched.
3. Select a user and click the >> button to assign the user to the activity. Repeat as necessary.
4. To require the user to complete the activity, select the checkbox in the Required column of the Assignee table.
5. When you finish assigning users, click OK to save the assignments or click one of the other buttons on the left to continue.
