Workflow Processes Table
The Workflow Processes table displays all workflow processes that meet the search criteria specified in the Search for Workflow Processes fields.
Select the checkbox next to a process name to view its nodes in the Workflow Process Nodes table.
By default, the following columns are available in the Workflow Processes table:
Name
The name of the workflow process.
State
The current state of the workflow process. States can include Running, Executed, Aborted, Suspended, or Terminated.
Primary Business Object
The object associated with the workflow process.
Context
The context from which the workflow process was initiated.
Process Template
The workflow template from which the workflow process was initiated.
Health
A visual indicator of the health of the workflow process. For more information, see Workflow Process Health Status.

Actions are available from the table toolbar and the right-click actions menu in table rows:
Delete Process
Delete the selected workflow process and terminate all associated workflow process nodes.
Terminate Process
End the selected workflow process and all associated workflow process nodes. This action cannot be undone.
Subscribe to Process
Create a subscription to the selected workflow process. You receive an email notification when the process state changes and when checkpoint robots are triggered.
View Workflow Template
Open the workflow template in a read-only view.
