Checking In a Context Template
When you check in an organization, product, library, project, or program template, you can do the following:
Add comments.
Change the template data file.
To obtain a ZIP file to use for updating the template data, locate the template from the list of templates on the Templates and select Download from the corresponding Actions drop-down list.
The download window opens, which allows you to download the template data to your system as a ZIP file.
Modify the contents of the business XML document in the ZIP file to reflect the context changes you want. Then zip up the files required for the update. For more information, see the Context Templates reference topics.
You can check in a template from its information page or from the Templates page.
Use the following procedure to check in a context template from the Templates page:
1. Access the Templates table under the context where the template was checked out.
2. Select the context template type from the View drop-down list.
3. Locate the template from the list of templates and select Check In from the Actions drop-down list.
The Check In windows opens.
4. Select the template data file to be checked in by either entering the full path to the updated file or by clicking Browse to select the file.
5. Add any Comments for this iteration (for example, you may want to describe the changes you made). These comments will be displayed in the template iteration history.
6. Click OK.
The Check In window closes and the page is refreshed.

Checking in a context template does not change whether it is enabled.
