Working with Software Files
Software files are Integrity Source (SCM), IBM Rational ClearCase or Subversion data that can be primary source or attachment content to a software document or a software configuration data document.
You can access and manage the following types of Windchill objects for second-party and third-party integrations such as Integrity Source (SCM), IBM Rational ClearCase and Subversion from Products > Folders, Projects > Folders, or Libraries > Folders in Windchill.

Create, edit, or delete a software configuration data document in Windchill Integrations for Embedded Software.
Attach New Software File
Manage software files using primary source and attachment content to a Windchill Integrations for Embedded Software software document or software configuration data document.
Integrity Source (SCM), IBM Rational ClearCase and Subversion file content can be copied or linked as a software file from where the content resides.
