Windchill Table View Administration
End users and administrators can open the Customize View List window to define the appearance of information in many Windchill tables. From the Current View menu in a table, select Customize to open the Customize View List window. Create views for tables, edit existing views, or save existing views as new views.
In the Customize View List window, type a name for New View or Edit View. Administrators and Product, Library or Project managers have access to one or more of the following check boxes, based on their role:
Show in current view list—Show the view in all Current View lists.
Share with—Specify to whom the view is available:
All users—All users.
This option is available only for Site Administrators.
Members of organization— Users who have read-only access to this organization.
This option is available for Site and Organization Administrators. Also, this option is visible only if you set the server-side preference Site > Utilities > Preference Management > Display > Expose Organization to Yes.
Members of context—Users having read-only access to that context while viewing that context.
This option is available for Site, Organization Administrators and Managers of a Product or Library or Project.
When the user interface provides the context, from which the Customize View List window opens, then the saved table views in Customize View List menu displays only the views with the same organization and context of the launch page.
For example, if the user is looking at the folder page for Product 1 in Organization 1, then the Customize View List displays views shared with the following:
All Users
Members of organization (Organization 1)
Members of context (Product 1)

For table views saved with a context, only the views related to the context appear in saved table views list in the Customize View List window. For views created in different contexts, you may need to change your context to see the table view listed in these user interfaces.
