The following updates related to managing view-specific enterprise data and plant-specific functional data are available in Windchill:
• The Edit Plant Information window supports the additional actions that follow:
◦ Revise the objects from the current version to the next version.
◦ Compare the objects and their iterations.
◦ Associate a change notice with the object that you are checking in.
◦ Use the right-click actions menu to edit multiple objects.
◦ Add and edit object reference attributes in the table.
• Import new and updated view-specific enterprise data and plant-specific functional data objects from an Excel file using the Import Plant Information from Spreadsheet action.
• Launch the Manage Functional Information action for the parts included in an accountability map.
• Apply unit effectivity when filtering the objects in the Manage Functional Information window.
