Webhook subscriptions allow Windchill to send event notifications to external systems when certain events or actions occur on object, folder, or context in Windchill through a webhook URL.

For example, if you want to monitor deadline changes of a plan activity in Windchill and send notifications to external systems, use webhook to subscribe to the event Deadline Change. When deadline changes occur in Windchill, an event notification is sent to the registered webhook URL. This URL acts as a target notification receiver.

The NotificationQueue is used by webhook subscriptions to generate and send notifications to the registered webhook URL.
