Refreshing the Reports Table
If you have modify permissions for reports in the current context, you can refresh the Reports table by clicking the refresh report list icon . Any reports that are defined for, but not currently displayed in the Reports table are added to the table and displayed once the table refreshes. This action updates the Reports table in all contexts for which you have create permissions; if you are a site administrator, every Reports table is updated.
Updating the table is useful when new reports have been defined for your system that are not yet displayed, or when reports have been updated to also display in additional contexts.
