Updating a Type Identifier
Type identifiers can be updated by adding or changing their super type.
To update a type identifier, use the following procedure:
1. Display the Manage Type Identifier page by clicking the corresponding link in the gray navigation bar on the left side of the window.
2. Select the type identifier to be updated from the Type Identifier drop-down list.
3. Select the desired super types, if any, for the type identifier.
◦ To add a super type to the type identifier, select the super type in the
Available Super Types list and move it to the
Super Type list by clicking
.
◦ To remove a super type from the type identifier, select the super type in the
Super Type list, and click
.
4. Click Update.
