Tab
Description
Details
Lists basic attributes for the agreement. For more information about specific attributes, see Agreement Attributes.
Authorized Objects
*
The Authorized Objects tab is only available for standard agreements. Context-based agreements authorize all objects within the same context as the agreement and do not show the Authorized Objects tab.
Contains the Authorized Objects table, which lists all objects associated with the agreement. You can also customize the view of this table to see security label values related to the authorized objects. If the agreement is active and the authorized object is active, then the agreement clears the authorized participants for the security label on the object. Authorized participants are still required to have the appropriate access control permissions for the object.
Authorized Participants
Contains the Authorized Participants table, which lists all participants associated with the agreement. Participants are cleared for access to in-scope authorized objects while an agreement is active.
For more information, see Authorized Participants Table.
Authorized Contexts
*
The Authorized Contexts tab is only available for context-based agreements. Standard agreements authorize objects and not contexts. Thus, the Authorized Contexts tab is not available for standard agreements.
Contains the Authorized Contexts table, which lists all the contexts associated with the agreement. If the agreement is active, it clears the authorized participants for the security labels on all the objects available in the authorized contexts. Authorized participants are still required to have the appropriate access control permissions for the object.
