Authorized Participants Table
Authorized participants are users, groups, or organizations that have been cleared for access to a set of authorized objects through an agreement. Any user, group, or organization can be associated with an agreement. Authorized participants are still required to have the necessary permissions to access the object even if they have been cleared for the security label value. There is no limit to the number of participants associated with an agreement. Participants are associated with an agreement during the creation process or by checking out and editing an agreement.
The Authorized Participants table shows the name, email, and distinguished name for each authorized participant. The table is accessible from the Authorized Participants tab on the agreement information page as well as from the New Agreement and Edit Agreement windows. You can see the information page for a participant by clicking the information page icon . If an authorized participant has been deleted, the Authorized Participants table retains basic information to identify the deleted participant.
Authorized participants for an agreement do not know they have been cleared for the object through an agreement. Authorized objects do not have any visual indication on their information page of their association with an agreement, though the object retains the security label icon .
