Using the Created By and Modified On Filters
You can use the Created By and Modified On filters in the Dashboards, Charts and Reports table to further filter the data displayed in the corresponding pages.
To filter the data based on the Created By option:
1. On the Dashboards, Charts and Reports page, select Created By filter.
2. Click

.The Select a user window opens.
3. Enter the username you want to search for in the Search Principals box.
Select the Exact Search checkbox to search based on the exact name of the user.
4. Select one or more users from the Available list and click 
to move the users to the Selected list. To move all available users to the Selected list, click 
.
to move the users to the Selected list. To move all available users to the Selected list, click . | You can use the Not created by selected Users checkbox to display a list of items that are not created by the selected users. |
5. Click Proceed.
To filter the data based on the Modified On option:
1. On the Dashboards, Charts and Reports table, select Modified On filter.
2. Click .
.The Select Option window opens.
◦ Select Today, Tomorrow, or Yesterday to filter and display data. Select Between to choose a date range by selecting a start date and an end date.
| | To display the items that are not modified, select the Not Modified checkbox. |
3. Click Proceed.
