Item View Header
This topic provides a detailed description of the following components:
• Item ID: Displayed in the top-left corner of the header area along with the Item Info overlay. For details, see the topic Item Info Overlay.
• Type of item: Displayed next to the Item ID along with a 
icon. Click the to know more about the Item type.
icon. Click the to know more about the Item type.• Summary of the item: Displayed below the Item ID. It is the value of the field in the item that is provided for the MKS.ItemTitleField property of that item type.

• The Add to Templates icon 
: Displayed on the right side of the header area. Click this icon to add the current item to the Templates table on the Refreshed Web Interface Home page. For more information, see Working with Templates. This icon is only visible for process items.

• Edit: Displayed on the right side of the header area.
• Vertical ellipsis 
: Displayed next to Edit. The following options are available under the vertical ellipsis:
: Displayed next to Edit. The following options are available under the vertical ellipsis:◦ Open in DocStudio is available only for the document item type. Click it to open it in DocStudio in a new tab.
◦ Open in Relationship View is available for all items. Click it to open the item in the Relationship view in a new tab. For more information, see About the Relationship Viewer.
◦ Create Related Item is available for items types that have been enabled for creating relationships by the administrator. The administrator also determines the allowed item types with which the relationship can be created. Click it to launch the Create Related Item window.
◦ Clear Suspect is available to clear trace suspects in relationship fields in the item view. Click to open the Clear Suspect for Item window. Select the items from which you want to clear suspects and click Clear Suspect.
◦ Copy Item is available for all item types. Click it to launch the Copy Item window.
◦ Reports: Run item report, difference report, and historical report. For more information, see Running a Report.
◦ View Untested Test Cases is available for items that are test sessions. Click it to launch the Untested Test Cases window. Click 
in the Untested Test Cases window to export the results.

◦ Switch to List View and Switch to Grid View is available for all items. The default is Switch to Grid View. To display compact fields appearing in equal-sized tiles, click Switch to List View. For a list of fields that appear in equal sized tiles and fields that consume an entire row, see Fields. Your last selected view is retained across sessions and is applied on all types.
◦ View External OSLC Link is available for items linked with an external systems such as Windchill and PTC Modeler. Click it to launch the reverse-lookup window. For details, see PTC RV&S OSLC Client guide.
