About Copying or Moving Content
You can copy or move the selected content items from one document to another document in DocStudio. Copying or moving content items is useful when you want to reuse the content of a document into another document or same document.
You can copy or move selected content items between documents using the Quick Add and Explore and Add options. The copy operation is supported for live documents, versioned documents, or historical documents that have branching enabled for them. These documents are the primary documents from which content can be moved or copied into the live destination document.

You can copy or move the content items from the current document into another document only from the DocStudio view mode.
Key considerations for Copying or Moving content
The Explore and Add option for the copy or move operation is not supported when the browser zoom level exceeds 125%.
You cannot copy or move content items of included documents to another document.
You cannot move content items from versioned and historical documents to another document.
