Fields
All fields are grouped based on the sequence in presentation template. Details related to placement of fields and navigation are described here.
All the fields in the item view have the default display names. If you want to change the display name of any field, you need to override the value of the Text Override property for that field in the presentation template of the type. For more information, see topic Configuring the Presentation Template.

Additionally, fields with tables also have the to increase or decrease the height of the table. The vertical scroll bar is not available once you increase the height of the table using .
Fields with a Show More list
The following fields have a Show More list to view data that exceeds two rows:

The QBR type of field has a Show More list to view data that exceeds ten rows.
The Tests field has a Show More list to view data that exceeds fifteen rows.
Status indicator for User, Group, and Project fields
In the Item View, user, group, and project fields are indicated with the following icons along with a label for the active and inactive status. The status is displayed as active only if the Active option is selected in the Windchill RV&S Administration Client GUI:
: The status is shown as active in the Item View when an Administrator selects the check box for the Active option while creating users, groups, or projects, or editing their details. By default, the check box is selected.
: The status is shown as inactive in the Item View when an Administrator clears the check box for the Active option while creating users, groups, or projects, or editing their details.

Tooltips for User Fields
A tooltip indicating the status of a user is displayed when you hover over the user field.
For single-valued user fields:
If the full name of the user has been provided, the tooltip shows the full name of the user, the username, and the user status.
If the full name has not been provided, the tooltip shows the username with the user status.
For multi-valued user fields:
If the multi-valued user field is appearing in a table the tooltip shows the status of all the users in a single line.
If the multi-valued user field is appearing in a tile the tooltip shows the status of individual users on separate lines.
Status of Tests As Of Date field
For Tests As of Date field, if the date is already set, the date is displayed and the tests field displays the test session and test items as of the displayed date.
