You can download the binaries from the PTC Software Download page. When copying the downloaded binaries to the installdir/data/ directory, you must maintain the original directory structure. After the copy operating is completed, confirm that all the directory names are correct. When the original directory structure is maintained, you can choose to copy only the installers and documents that you need.
